All units have in-unit washer/dryer and either window or split AC systems. There are renovated units with upgraded hardwood flooring and countertops that can sell for a premium. All units come with lanais which is a huge plus!
1133 at one time enjoyed a nice ocean view but is now surrounded by high-rise development with some slivers of ocean in between. The back side of the building has pleasant mountain views and is where you should look if you do not want to face other buildings.
