The Park Ward Village condo development was announced together with Ulana to be the eight and ninth planned buildings in the Howard Hughes master plan for Ward Village. With an ideal location adjacent to the existing Victoria Ward Park which is being called the "second row".

The Park Ward Village is still in the early announcement and planning phases by developer Howard Hughes Corp. and sales are expected to begin in Q2 of 2021 and the construction will begin once Ko'ula Q3 2022 and Victoria Place Q4 2022.
The Park Ward Village will feature a two story retail shopping center on all sides of the development which is a huge bonus to the area and its residents. The developer Howard Hughes Corp. has yet to release any specifics regarding the available amenities at The Park Ward Village. However, a similar project Ko'ula has some incredible amenities and we are excited to release more details soon.
The Park Ward Village is situated on Ward Ave. where the old Sports Authority and current Ohana Hale marketplace, in the west end (Ewa Side) of the Ward Village community. What is unique about this location is The Park Ward Village will be connected to the west end of the newly placed Victoria Ward Park which is perfect for family outings, working out, or enjoying the Hawaiian breeze under the landscaped palms.
The surrounding neighborhood is filled with everything from family entertainment, delicious mom and pop eateries to high end dining.
