Anaha is divided into 2 sections - 244 “Tower Residences” in the high-rise portion and 73 Townhomes and Flats which are located in the Podium Levels 2-6.

A “Tower Residence” floor contains 8 units – two 1 bedrooms (727-934 sf), four 2 bedrooms (1,253 – 1,708sf) and two 3 bedrooms (1,892-2,489sf). There are 4 bedroom penthouses (2,492 – 2,906sf) on floors 36-37 and two 5 bedroom Grand penthouses (5,819sf + 6,737sf) on the top floor.

The Podium Levels contain a mix of studios (435-441sf), 1 Bedroom flats (757-896sf), 2 Bedroom flats (1,465-1,568 sf) and multi-level 2 bedroom townhomes ( 1,548-1,806sf).

Residences come standard with hardwood flooring in living rooms and kitchens, wool carpet in the bedrooms, free standing tubs in the mater bedrooms, walk-in closets and plantation style sliding doors. Kitchens come complete with Miele appliances, gas cooking, wine refridgerators in most, Toto Water closets and optional motorized window shade package.

Anaha was designed with 9’ height ceilings in most residences and 10’ for penthouse levels. This is a big plus as 8’ is the standard in Honolulu.

Unfortunately, most units do not come with lanais with the exception of the flats, townhomes and penthouses.

Views

Anaha enjoys unobstructed ocean views from floor 10 and above in Residence A and B. Diamond Head can be visible as well in some stacks, but not prominently, as Ko’olanii covers up most of it. The rest of the building will have some ocean view obstruction from surrounding buildings or a city/mauka view. Podium level residences are facing towards Whole Foods.

Location

Anaha has an excellent location within the heart of Ward Village. It is directly across the street from Whole Foods, Consolidated Ward Theaters, Nobu and the rest of Ward Village shops. Along Auahi street is a mix of retail, restaurants and Bank of Hawaii. It’s 2 blocks away from Ala Moana Beach Park and a 10 minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center.
