Moana Pacific is a luxury condo building completed in 2007 which spans Kapiolani Blvd. from Piikoi to Pensacola Street. Broken up into two main East & West towers, its unique design is one of the largest condo developments in Honolulu by KC Rainbow Development & Hawaiian Dredging.
The East Tower is on the Diamond Head side and the West Tower is Ewa facing. The signature oval designed towers are unique in their own right and provide a contemporary feel to the property.

The top of the building is finished off with signature LED light accents that illuminate the buildings top flange design at night.

Also noteworthy is Amuse Wine Bar and Stage restaurant in the connected ground floor building which are contemporary dining and wine tasting options.
Amenities
The Moana Pacific recreation deck is located on the 6th floor and is shared between the two towers. The open design provides stunning city views and is complemented by an ambient fountain and artificial turf areas. The large covered parking structure provides more amenity space and gives the Moana Pacific more sporting options when compared to other surrounding condos.
Both East Tower and West Tower both have their own movie theaters, party room and 2-story high ceiling gyms. The front door to each tower has a dial to enter feature that allows you to be able to open the lobby door for guests from your cell phone so they can wait for you in the plush lobby.

The original development included quality granite counter top islands, white carpet, and beige ceramic tile flooring for the kitchen and bathrooms. Each unit contains a lanai except 1 bedroom units ending in 01.
The appliances are Subzero brand refrigerators and a Bosch dishwashers. The kitchen also was designed with an attractive wood paneling cabinetry and front facing fridge. The cook top/oven are GE professional grade with a stainless steel ventilation hood. The air conditioning is central in every unit and each unit also includes a cloths washer and dryer combo.
Views
Units that end in 08 face Ewa while 03 stack end units face Diamond Head in both East and West Towers. Ocean view units are 03 – 08 and are unobstructed due to the location of the building and it’s surrounding developments. The best ocean views start on the 12th floors and up. Units 01, 02 and 09 have sweeping mountain views and are cooler in the sunset hours.
Location
Moana Pacific has a prime location situated just a 10 min walk from Ala Moana Shopping Center, Republic Concert Venue, Neil Blaisdale Events Center, Ala Moana Beach Park and countless food and entertainment options in the immediate surrounding neighborhood. Having Stage, Amuse Wine Bar and Inspiration Furniture literally downstairs is a major perk too.
There are two main entrances for the building off Piikoi and Pensacola Street which connect to the main covered parking entrance for easy tenant access. Easy H1 onramp access located up Piikoi street makes this location very convenient.
