Pacifica Honolulu has a host of condo configurations from 1 bedroom 1 bath to 4 bedroom penthouse units. There are no lanais in any of the units however the windows do slide ajar for ventilation. Each residential floor 6 – 45 has 12 units per floor. Units with an ocean view are 03 – 10 and mountain-view units end in 01, 02, & 12.

All the windows of the units are double glazed which helps to reduce external noise and also create an energy efficient space. Air conditioning is central for every unit and easily accessible. Each unit is fitted with Frigidaire Gallery appliances.

Views

Pacifica offers two main building facing views, the ocean side & the mountain side view. The only units that have both options are the penthouse level units and the end units which numbers end in 10 or 03.

The mountain views are stunning looking back toward Manoa Valley and the frequent rainbows and lush greenery are protected by the neighboring McKinley High School sports fields and the Neil S. Blaisdale parking lot. The ocean views are also unobstructed. There are however plans to further develop the area in front of the building in the coming years which may impact lower level unit views.

Location

Conveniently located just behind Ward Village off Kapiolani Boulevard. This building was completed in 2011 and sits in the perfect location across the street from Neil S. Blaisdale, within 10-15 min walking distance from Ala Moana Mall, Whole Foods Market Queen Street, and Ala Moana Beach Park. Residents also enjoy the buildings street level dining options as well Blue Tree Café, Doraku Izakaya Sushi & Chef Chai’s.

There are two entrances to the lobby. The main entrance is off the backside of the building on Waimanu Street and the second entrance in located inside the parking structure off Kapiolani Blvd.
