Pacifica Honolulu is a luxury condo building originally developed by Hawaiian Dredging Company, however the company was forced to auction off the development around 2008 due to the housing market collapse. The development was picked back up by OliverMcMillan at a significant cost savings. OliverMcMillan invested back into the building by providing upgraded appliances and some fittings which was a huge perk to the early property investors.

Pacifica Honolulu has a host of condo configurations from 1 bedroom 1 bath to 4 bedroom penthouse units. There are no lanais in any of the units however the windows do slide ajar for ventilation. Each residential floor 6 – 45 has 12 units per floor. Units with an ocean view are 03 – 10 and mountain-view units end in 01, 02, & 12.
All the windows of the units are double glazed which helps to reduce external noise and also create an energy efficient space. Air conditioning is central for every unit and easily accessible. Each unit is fitted with Frigidaire Gallery appliances.
Pacifica offers two main building facing views, the ocean side & the mountain side view. The only units that have both options are the penthouse level units and the end units which numbers end in 10 or 03.
