Waiea was completed in 2017 and is the first completed condominium as part of Howard Hughes master plan for “Ward Village”, Honolulu’s fastest growing urban neighborhood. The building is considered “ultra-luxury” and is the crown jewel and flagship building of the Howard Hughes development company.
