Hawaii City Plaza is a 26 story high rise condominium located on 733 Cedar Street and 710/130 Sheridan Street right across the street from Walmart and Sam’s Club on Kapiolani Boulevard. Hawaii City Plaza is a mixed use tower that will be furnished with 184 residential units and commercial space for up to three retail spaces including a restaurant.
Hawaii City Plaza has been planned by Town House Land Ltd. and FSC Architects and they also are in the design stages for its sister project, Hawaii Ocean Plaza, just up the block. Town House Land Ltd. is a developer from China and this will be their first project in Hawaii.
Hawaii City Plaza will be furnished with 163 residentials units with 30 of those units will be available for HHFDC Affordable Rentals only, no affordable ownership opportunities. The rest will be set at market-price rates.
The sales process will be starting in June. All potential buyers will be asked to register for a chance at a lottery to determine unit selection. There is a showroom in Ala Moana which we have visited which has models of the kitchen and bathroom and a full model of the building.
Buyers will be allowed to pick out which flooring and cabinetry finishes they would prefer which is a nice option.
