Located off Ala Moana Blvd. and bordered by Cooke, Coral & Auahi street is the planned project site for Kali'u in the Our Kakaako neighborhood. Land owner Kamehameha Schools has already announced plans for the master development of the Kaiaulu 'o Kakaako Master Plan and Kali'u is set to join the other residential towers Alia & Kahuina.
Kali'u will have incredible views of Kewalo Basin and Kewalo Beach Park and will feature 330 residential units all available at market rate. Currently, pricing has not yet been released but similar developments offer studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plans.
This is one of 5 planned condo developments from Kamehameha Schools and will be developed by Honolulu developer ProsPac Holdings.
Kali'u is still in the early planning phases but similar high-end developments in the Our Kakaako Master Plan include high end amenities such as: Sleek design, condo unit lanais, residential pools and spas, private dining rooms and areas to host, guests suites, theaters, lounge areas, and more. Details on the exact amenities are not yet released but we anticipate this to be a higher end development.
The ground floor will feature 42,000+ sq. ft. of commercial space with a yet to be named grocery store brand. This is a huge benefit to residents of Kali'u condo similar to the A'eo condo in Ward Village with the Whole Foods in the ground floor and private entrance for residents only which makes shopping a breeze.
The exact floor plans are yet to be released and details of each unit configuration have not yet been determined.
