    Ililani Overview

    Ililani is one of the latest new high rise condos being developed in Kakaako. It will be a 42 story residential high-rise project that will be located at Keawe Street and Halekauwila Street in the center of the thriving Our Kaka’ako community.

    6/24/2021 Project Update: Ililani has limited first come, first served inventory for HHFDC qualified affordable units. Please see the attached pricing guide for reference and contact us right away to proceed with unit selection. 

    Ililani will feature 328 total units:

    HHFDC Affordable Units: 197

    32 additional units were released into the HHFDC program post launch. There will be 31 two-bedroom units priced from $578,100 to $649,100 and 1 one-bedroom unit priced at $333,600. These units will all be selected via HHFDC lottery system and applications are due by October 3, 2020.     Ililani will also feature a retail space, a recreation deck with small splash pool, BBQ areas, multi-purpose room and a shared "E-lounge" work space with high speed wifi. Completion is set for 2022.

    All Affordable units will come with 1 parking stall only! Even the 2 bedrooms. However, a unique and creative response to this from the developer has been to create a ride-share concept which will provide 10-15 cars for residents usage for a small fee.

    Ililani will be built on two parcels on the corner of Keawe and Halekauwila Streets. The location of Ililani stands to be its best amenity as it is situated right in the middle of a vibrant transit-oriented community with many options for entertainment, dining, shopping (Salt Kakaako) and close proximity to Downtown Honolulu for those trying to cut their commute times.

    Ililani is accepting remaining unit inventory on a first come first serve basis. (Prequalification letter is necessary and must be from one of the following banks: Compass Home Loans, Guaranteed Rate, Bank of Hawaii, First Hawaiian Bank, Central Pacific Bank)

    For Ililani applicants, your total GROSS household income cannot exceed 140%. 

    This includes the sum of gross monthly income from all household members, 18 and over.

    • Royalties
    • Pensions
    • VA compensations
    • Net rental income
    • Alimony + child support
    • Social Security benefits
    • Workers Comp

    Does Not Include:

    • Overtime Income

    • Other income from secondary part-time employment
