Ililani is the latest new high rise condo being developed in Kakaako. It will be a 42 story residential high-rise project that will be located at Keawe Street and Halekauwila Street in the center of the thriving Our Kaka’ako community.

All Affordable units will come with 1 parking stall only! Even the 2 bedrooms. However, a unique and creative response to this from the developer has been to create a ride-share concept which will provide 10-15 cars for residents usage for a small fee.

Market Priced Condos will be available as follows:
For an initial 30 day period starting September 6, 2019 - 163 market priced units are being offered to "qualified residents".
Completed Affidavits, required, supporting documents and a letter of pre-qualification from a project lender must be submitted in person to the Ililani sales gallery no later than 5PM on Saturday, October 5, 2019 (Deadline) to be included in the lottery.
A "qualified resident" is a person who:
1) U.S. Citizen or resident alien
2) 18+ years of age
3) Domiciled in the state of Hawaii
4) Shall physically reside in the unit to be purchased
5) Has a gross income sufficient to qualify for the loan to finance the purchase
